All services booked through www.ivglow.com or any other third party are considered confirmed.  No-Shows will be charged the entire amount of services booked.  Late cancellations are considered late if the cancellation was done less than 24 hours before scheduled appointment.  Late Cancellations will be charged a 25% fee of the total amount of service booked. A late cancellation may reschedule at another time for service booked.
